The Greyhound


Allan's second short is The Greyhound.  The film was nominated for Best Animated Short in 
over 10 International film festivals.

Inspired by an actual guy who SLOWLY walks his dog near my house, The Greyhound
came to me in a flash and I knew I had to make it.  The sight of a powerful, lightning-fast
greyhound being walked by the world's slowest man was both funny and tragic.  The look
on the greyhound's face said it all - stuck in a life of perpetual 1st gear with no chance
of ever realising his true potential.  I wanted to give this dog a chance to fulfill his dream
at last and this film, I hope, does just that.
